This Wow Monk mouseover macro will cast Soothing Mist at your mouseover target or, if you hold down shift, control, or alt it will cast it at your focus.

This Wow monk macro allows you to spam blackout kick until Rising Sun Kick comes available. It resets after 8 seconds of inactivity, leave/enter combat or by pressing control, shift or alt.
Casts Resuscitate on your dead friendly target or if you’re holding shift (useful for targeting players who already released), or Detox on yourself if you right-click or hold your selfcast modifier (Alt by default), or Detox otherwise. If you have no target and aren’t using a modifier, you’ll get a glowing hand cursor to select a target for Detox. If you’d prefer to take no action in this case, add “[help]” just before “Detox” in the macro.
