Run away with Frost Shock and Ghost Wolf macro
This shaman cast sequence macro is for running away in pvp. It casts Frost Shock first, which slows the enemy down. It then casts Ghost Wolf so you can run away. Frost Shock is on the GCD, so you will have to push the button twice.

Very simply what this macro does is use your Stone Bulwark Totem on the first push of the button then on the second push destroys the totem but leaves you with a 40k + shield also if you have talented for Totemic Restoration your CD will be cutdown from 1min to roughly 30 seconds depending on how fast you are it’s soooooo helpful for pvp

Life Savers macro
This macro i use in Arena all the time . What it does is on the first Push will use your Trinket (mine gives me 40k+ health) and Healing Tide Totem . Then on the second push will use Ascendance . Windshear interrupt your focus or your target macro
Windshear is a great ranged interrupt, at 25 yards you can Windshear from across the room with your Shaman! This macro is pretty straightforward, if you have a focus, cast it at your focus. If you don’t have a focus, cast it at your target. In addition, if you hold down the shift key, you will cast it at your target and override the focus.
