This Hand of Purity macro for Wow is two buttons in one. First, if you left click it with your mouse, it casts Hand of Purity on your focus. Second, if you right click it this macro for Wow paladins casts Hand of Purity to your target.
Hand of Purity: Places a Hand on the friendly target, reducing the damage of harmful periodic effects by 70% for 6 sec. Players may only have one Hand on them per Paladin at any one time.
