This macro i use in Arena all the time . What it does is on the first Push will use your Trinket (mine gives me 40k+ health) and Healing Tide Totem . Then on the second push will use Ascendance .
Lots of people have asked me before why not pop them together here’s the answer.
Healing Tide Totem does not gain anything from being popped with ascendance like Ancestral Guidance does so it’s pointless using them together .
also not all dps are stupid enough to use all their Offensive CD’s at once so it’s always good to have a backup

However just be warned if you do choose Healing Tide over Ancestral Guidance … It’s easy to take out a totem and most of the higher ranked pvpers will have macros set to target your totems the same way warriors do with they’re banners for safeguards
If you are the sort of person that likes to pop all they’re defensives at once then get rid of healing tide and use Ancestral Guidance cause the 40% heals from that get duplicated with ascendace and your heals beomce majorly OP.
You can practically fully heal yourself with one UF and a RT
