Macro for Wow: Purify on friendly and Dispel on enemy for Priests. Works in World of Warcraft patch 5.4 Siege of Orgrimmar, Mists of Pandaria

Description:

This will work in the same way Dispel did before patch 5.0. It will /cast Purify on a friendly target and /cast Dispel Magic on an enemy target.
