Windshear is a great ranged interrupt, at 25 yards you can Windshear from across the room with your Shaman! This macro is pretty straightforward, if you have a focus, cast it at your focus. If you don’t have a focus, cast it at your target.
In addition, if you hold down the shift key, you will cast it at your target and override the focus.
