Requested WoW macro

hi, i am very slow at switching targets, because i click:S anyway, ive started 2’s with a monk and managed 11-1 on our first day. i would like a macro that allows me to place hand of sacrifice on the monk, then place divine shield/protection on me, then target the enemy player again. ive been browsing the internet and i found something close

/cast [@Hawlao,exists] Hand of Sacrifice; [@player] Divine Protection
/cleartarget
/targetenemyplayer

could you guys help?
