Requested WoW macro

As a Brewmaster Monk, I am seeking a macro that casts “Summon Black Ox Statue” and while it is on it’s 30 second cooldown, if I press the icon again will target the statue, cast “provoke”, and target my last target. In theory, this should be able to happen every 5 seconds until the Statue cast timer is off cooldown at which time it will summon the Black Ox Statue again.
