Requested WoW macro

As healer when im in casterform with healing gear equipped i want to shift to catform and equip my set 2 named “cat with agility gear. Then when im cat and want to change back to casterform again i also want my healing gear back

So far i have this:

/cast [stance:0/1/4/5/6] Cat Form(Shapeshift)
/equipset cat
/cancelaura [stance:3] Cat Form
/equipset [stance:3] healing

this works partially. I change to cat with agilty gear and change back to caster but then i dont get equipmentset for healing
