Requested WoW macro

Is there the possibility of a Macro using Shred or Mangle depending on position (if not then either will work) at specific combo points (1-4) and at 5 combo points placing Rip or Ferocious Bite depending on whether Rip is active or target is below 35%?

It sounds possible but I can’t find one, and I’m not sure what the command would be for combo points if it were possible. Please help!
