Requested WoW macro

I would like the macro to automatically whisper myself that I am under the influence of the ability Spiritwalker’s Grace when I cast it. I have Spiritwalker’s Grace worked into a macro with other non-GCD abilities so the macro can’t simply whisper me everytime I press it (which is a lot), only when Spiritwalker’s Grace has cycled it’s CD and happens to be cast along with other abilities in the macro.
