   You can only use 1 ability that activates a global cooldown in a macro unless you use a cast sequence macro. Try this macro, it will require to button presses.

   /castsequence Entangling Roots, Solar beam

   I think this macro would work better if you took the Nature’s Swiftness talent, making your ET instant cast. Like the previous macro, this one will require 3 button presses because there are 3 spells to activate.
