I need a macro while in stealth or shadow step can cast premeditation + ambush but then I can still use the macro as a regular ambush until premeditation cool down is up then I can use premeditation + ambush

Premeditation + ambush–> while premeditation on cool down down can use macro as regular ambush until cool down up then –> use again as the premeditation+ambush
