Requested WoW macro

I’d like the macro to dispel magic on enemies with no modifier, purge magic from allies with no modifier

Then I’d like it to cast symbiosis (clone) on the target with a shift modifier, and on the focus with a ctrl modifier.

I cannot for the life of me get this to work with my own knowledge
