Hi could I get a macro that will place searing totem when I refresh flame shock, unless fire elemental totem is up?

Also id like one for cd’s as elememtal shammy’s have a lot of buttons otherwise, some thing that normally would cast fire elemental totem, sharmanistic rage, bloodfury and accendance with a mod for BL and stormlash totem, I’ve tried writing it but cant seem to get it to work
