Is it possible to make a lightning bolt macro that will only cast when maelstrom makes it an instant cast, unless you use a key modifier to allow the cast? Now that they've made LB castable while moving, a mis-key can result in quite the dps loss while you wait for the cast. The modifier is so I can still pull with it if needed.
