Is it possible to have a macro that will trigger one pet ability if the pet is in one spec, and a different one if the pet is in another spec?

For example, I'd like one button that would have my pet Thunderstomp if he's tenacity, but Heart of the Phoenix if he's ferocity, without having to do anything.
