Very simply what this macro does is use your Stone Bulwark Totem on the first push of the button then on the second push destroys the totem but leaves you with a 40k + shield also if you have talented for Totemic Restoration your CD will be cutdown from 1min to roughly 30 seconds depending on how fast you are
