Casts Cleanse Spirit on yourself if right-clicked or activated with the Alt key down, Purge on your hostile target, Ancestral Spirit on your friendly dead target or if activated with Shift (useful to res players who already released their spirit), or Cleanse Spirit otherwise (if you have no target you’ll get the glowing hand cursor to select one).
