This Fury Warrior Wow macro can replace your Raging Blow button. You can then press or click it as normal, but if you want a guaranteed Raging Blow, you hold down a modifier button like Shift, Control or Alt while clicking or keybinding it. This will activate your Berserker rage and give you a guaranteed Raging Blow.
