Its a one shot macro that you need to be a blood to use it. It does not have a name, but it is very useful as a tank.

Not sure if it maters, but is not req for macro’s to work the the spell name is written correct (up / lower case):

See : One shot macro for DK blood) line 3. /cast Horn Of W(i)nter.
