Tanks can use this Wow PVE macro to cast Shroud of Reversal (the blue crystal on the ground that you can click) on a player they choose, like the other tank. ExtraActionButton1 is the macro used to click the encounter specific extra button you sometimes get inside different fights.
To use, replace the Tankname with your tank or whatever person you want to have the buff’s name.
/tar TankName /click ExtraActionButton1 /tar lasttarget
