Stealth/Cheap Shot macro

Macro for Wow: Stealth/Cheap Shot for Rogues. Works in World of Warcraft patch 5.4 Siege of Orgrimmar, Mists of Pandaria

Description:

Will cast Stealth if you are not in stealth and out of combat, will cast Cheap Shot if you are in any other stance (Vanish, Stealth, Shadow Dance) and will not exit stealth (making it spammable in between packs and in PVP)

Not sure about MoP, but in Cata Stance 0 for a rogue does not work.
This is how I set up my macro:

/cast [mod:alt]!Stealth
/cast [stance:1]Cheap Shot
/castsequence reset=8 Mutilate,Shiv,Kidney Shot
