Description:

Casts snake, ice, and explosive traps in that order. Just push button & target click (if using trap launcher), and it will drop trap. push again for second trap, and again for third. You can add or remove traps to this to suit your needs, just make sure to put the ! in front of the name. It resets in 15 seconds if no button is pushed, so if you only use snake & ice, after 15 seconds the next button push will be snake again. This works with or without trap launcher.

One button trap macro that actually uses 1 button and works
#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=15 !Snake Trap, !Ice Trap, !Explosive Trap, nil

I have a very good version, it uses one button, with a mod, because I use the razerzone hex naga mouse, I have eight of my action bar buttons assigned to the mouse. This macro requires that you have your trap launcher active all the time. I looked for a macro to do this for quite a while but I seen either sequences or one trap macros, this does all 4 traps when I press a mouse assigned button and do nothing or hold a mod key:

You have to remove key-binds for control key + 9 if you put it on the 9th action bar slot

    #showtooltip Snake Trap
    /cast [nomod]Snake Trap
    /cast [mod:shift]Explosive Trap
    /cast [mod:alt]Ice Trap
    /cast [mod:ctrl]Freezing Trap

I could not show in the tool tip more than one trap as it uses most of the 255 characters to create it.

what is the “!” for? I am using a macro without them & it seems to work ok, I didn’t know what they were?

I believe the ” ! ” is for spells that have a toggle on/off when pressed repeatedly. People will use them to help prevent deactivating a spell once active when they start spamming keys. If I recall most spells now will prevent this from happening by default. As for the Hunter’s Traps – I seem to recall it no longer being needed by default the trap will stay active regardless of hitting it multiple times.
