Hate clicking on the tiny item buttons in the quest tracker? Me too, so I wrote this macro!

Middle-click or hold Ctrl to “click” the third quest item shown, right-click or hold Shift to “click” the second item, or use the first item otherwise.

If your mouse has more than 3 buttons, or you want to use more modifiers (like [mod:alt]) or combo modifiers (like [mod:shift, mod:alt]) you can extend it to work with more than just the first 3 quest items, although I don’t think you’ll see more than 3 at a time very often anyway!
