I use this warrior macro for tanking 5 mans with Vigilance. You would probably want to customize it to fit your needs. I set my healer as my focus at the beginning of the group. Then, I can cast Vigilance on my focus with this macro. If a dps or someone else gets aggro, I hold down another modifier button and it casts it on my target’s target (I have the angry mob targeted).
/cast [@focus,exists,help][@targettarget,help,mod][]Vigilance
